Costs & Charges:
We have taken the view that as a result of feedback and current market conditions, we are reducing our stall holder charges to a blanket £25 per stall for the entire weekend. As a result of this reduction to help out we would politely ask all stall holders to commit to both Saturday & Sunday so ensure that we offer the paying public the best possible show experiance.
PLEASE BE AWARE! we are NOT involved with any other organisation with regards to administering this show. The show is being run by The Severn Vale Vintage Club only. All email traffic will only come from severnvalevintage@gmail.com and NO OTHER SOURCE.
Standard site pitches have been allocated at 3 mtr². If you require a larger pitch please let us know well in advance and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs although we cannot guarantee availability.
additional space will be available per pitch for vehicle and camper / caravan etc if required. 2 admission passes per trader will be issued (Children under16 FOC).
Open fires are strictly prohibited , Gas BBQ may be used for personal cooking purposes only, SVVC reserves the right to terminate gas BBQ's if a risk of fire is determined.
All traders / Vendors must carry the relevant public liability and employers insurance and be able to produce a valid certificate upon request. by submitting this form you are confirming that your insurance meets with these requirement's.
All food vendors must display a valid level 2 or above food hygiene certificate during all opening times
£25 pitch FEE must be paid into our bank account at least 14 days prior to the event weekend.
Please use your trading name as a reference.
Please NOTE!! the bank account above is the official Severn Vale Vintage Club account. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you pay funds relating to our show into any other account. We will never request that you pay funds into an alternative account.
